Rachael Schultz

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW-C, LICSW

(she/her)

I offer therapy to individuals and couples/partners. My style is warm and collaborative, with the belief that relationships — to others and ourselves — have the power to heal, empower, and shift the ways we interact in this world. I support clients in exploring their patterns and desires, in order to deepen understanding and create something new.

My approach draws from psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavior Theory (CBT), trauma-informed approaches, and mind-body practices.

I strive to make room for clients’ intersectional identities and ways that systems of oppression impact us all. I am queer and neurodiverse-affirming and I value working with people of all genders, ethnicities, races, sexualities, ages, and abilities.

My hope is to provide a space that feels safe for clients to reconnect with themselves and others, explore, heal, and grow. My therapy room is a space to hold your fears, hurts, joys, and everything in between.
